The Guysborough graticule is at latitude 45, longitude -61. It contains most of northeastern mainland Nova Scotia, a large amount of south and west Cape Breton Island, Chedabucto and St. Georges Bays, and the Strait of Canso.
The graticule has two urban centers at Guysborough in the south and Port Hawkesbury just at the main bridge to Cape Breton Island. The area around the Strait is fairly well developed, but most of the rest is quite wild.
