I have an art delivery in Tel Aviv, so I'll take the train to Herzliya and pick up the art on the way back.
Expedition
Without a hitch. I got on a fairly early train from Jerusalem (8:39), made it to Herzliya in an hour, and took a bus to Natan Alterman street. A brief two-minute walk on a very quiet suburban road and I was already there.
When I reached the point there was a guy asleep in his car, but luckily the point was closer to the other side of the street so I didn't risk him waking and seeing me taking a panorama of the area.
I ducked into the supermarket down the block to see if there was anything interesting there. There wasn't.
Back to Natan Alterman street, bus to train, train to Tel Aviv, pick up art, train home. Bosh.
