Visiting this geohash in my free afternoon.

In my free afternoon I had a few errands to run before I set off for this geohash. In the small village of Sommerau there was a parking lot of a former restaurant, which is privately owned. Maps and Street View had already shown me that there was no place to park the car anywhere nearby... I hoped for the best and rang the doorbell. A grim woman looked down from above and already suspected what I wanted. It seems that people often park illegally here, which is also evidenced by the corresponding signs. In the end she tolerated my vehicle on her property for a few minutes and thanked me for at least asking.

I then set off on foot up the slope towards Dunkelbach. (This road is also privately owned and you will be fined if you do so) According to the aerial photograph, the geohash is next to a high-voltage power line. And that's exactly how it was.

Shortly after I had crossed under the power line, I made a 90 degree turn and entered the meadow. With a crackling sound above me, my GPS searched for the right spot and I took the usual photos and screenshots. Satisfied, I went back down the hill to the car. On the way, I had a beautiful view of Lake Pfäffikon.
