After work, we drove out to Cascade Locks, crossed over to the Washington side on the mildly terrifying Bridge of the Gods, and continued east to this unusually scenic hashpoint. After enjoying the spot for a few minutes we crossed over the moderately terrifying Hood River Bridge to the town of Hood River (the seat of Hood River County, largest town in the Hood River Valley, situated at the mouth of -- wait for it! -- the Hood River), and had a nice little restaurant dinner before heading home.
