The Columbia, South Carolina graticule is located around latitude 34, longitude -81. This graticule is unusual in that it has a fairly large city in three of its four corners:

- Rock Hill in the northeast
- Columbia in the southeast
In addition, Columbia, SC is split between this graticule and the Augusta, Georgia graticule. With the 34N 81W confluence located within city limits, a geohash in the Columbia, Lancaster, Orangeburg, or Augusta, GA graticule could be the most accessible.
