Oppose - I think all potential participants should just visit the hash as a group instead of relaying the GPS and not visiting the point ;-) If they wouldn't go anyway, it means that either a basically unrelated step is added before the actual expedition (which is done by the last holder and noone else in that case) or it just comes down to borrowing a GPS.
