Make a short stop on my way home from my mother.
Expedition
On my way driving home from christmas, I came very close to this hashpoint. It was only a 7KM detour from the motorway (and some walking). So I left the motorway at Rheinböllen and left the car in a forest path. I had to walk through the landscape protection area "Wiesen am Hirtenborn"and as the name already said I had to walk through several meadows. The first snow for this season had fallen and sugar-coated the landscape. The frech and cold air eased my christmas hangover. You can see some sheep on your left, and in the foggy clouds in front there were some big and strange structures (raptors?).After a little while I came along some small strange building which emerged to be a well. Then I had to turn right in a wet path to enter a small forest. The ground got really wet here and my feet did so either.
Nevertheless, I reached the hashpoint, had a short dance, took some pictures, left a mark and walked back. The sheep had gotten near the way meanwhile and two lambs were grazed directly on my way and made a marvelous picture.
