It started sprinkling on us but we continued on. The hash was shown on Google maps to be near the intersection of two streets. Our GPS unit put us in the middle of the street. We arrived a few minutes before local sunrise and waited in the street, watching out for cars. There were clouds directly to the east, but it was a little clearer to the southeast. We watched as the sun started peeking of the mountains, took a few pictures, and headed back home. The rain started coming down harder and when we returned home, we enjoyed some hot cider. A nice start to the day.

Expedition

Bishop Wash: I was excited on Friday when I saw this geohash. It's close to my house and I knew I could get at least one new achievement, the walking achievement. On Sunday morning I was looking through the achievements, saw the sunrise achievement, checked what the local sunrise was, and discovered it was 50 minutes away. My wife and I got ready and headed off to the hash.

We watched as the sun started peeking over the mountains, took a few pictures, and headed back home. The rain started coming down harder and when we returned home, we enjoyed some hot cider. A nice start to the day.
