Now, that is clear, the longer version. When the sun came out in the afternoon, and still no one wanted to go out with me, I decided to saddle my bike and go for a hash. But then I remarked that the bowden cable is ripping and so I had to switch to my [http://www.greenmover.de/product/e45-herren/ bull]. This turns out to be a very lucky decission because the wind was blowing that strong that I would never had made it to the hash and back in time (I have to cook this evening, asian rice soup with duck breast and hot chicken with avocado-dip). On my way I found an iron cross and a former cloister of the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem. Well, nothing is left of the cloister, but in 2010 they build a gothic arc in the fields where the cloister was. And it has to be very important at its time.

So I reached the small path and walked nearer and nearer. In the end the hash was just 3 m off, to the west - just inside the raptors land. But a real hasher doesn't fear raptors - at least not so much, and I fought myself in the copse - just to find the hash now 4 m back on the way. With 12m accuracy, I decided, that is good enough, left raptors land and I left a mark and little dodo an egg next to the path. On my way back I found a fuel station, where I got an ice cream, and some minutes later I found a nice place to enjoy it.

PS: What I didn't know, when I wrote this was the tragical loss this expedition brought: the little picture on this side is all that is left of little DODO. Obviously he didn't get back into his bag but thought he could fight the raptors. And probably got eaten by them ( what more proof do you need, that there were some??). Anyway, he was never seen after that heroic quest. R.I.P.

Expedition

In short: Yes, it was accessible, at least kind of, and it was an extremely lucky location.

Now, that is clear, the longer version. When the sun came out in the afternoon, and still no one wanted to go out with me, I decided to saddle my bike and go for a hash. But then I remarked that the bowden cable is ripping and so I had to switch to my bull.

When I came near the hash I found it on the other side of a flat but raptor contaminated ditch. On the other side of it was a small way between two fences of industrial areas. Just five meters further to the east or to the west, and it would have been on private property.
