One can never have enough hobbies, so I decided to try out geohashing after hearing about it from fellow Melbourne geohasher Felix Dance.

I don't know what I plan to do with this pursuit but after my first and very enjoyable expedition, I'm sure there will be more.

by reaching the (-37, 144) geohash on 2011-06-29.

Taner earned the Bicycle geohash achievement

by cycling ~90km return to the (-37, 144) geohash on 2011-06-29.

Taner earned the Midnight Geohash achievement

by reaching the (-37, 144) geohash on 2011-06-29 in the middle of the night.

Taner earned the Camping geohash achievement

by camping in a bivy 15m away from the (-37, 144) geohash on 2011-06-29, from shortly before midnight to 5:30am.

Taner earned the Drowned Rat Geohash Achievement

by reaching the (-38, 144) geohash on 2011-07-03 despite being thoroughly wet from swimming.

Taner earned the Water geohash achievement

by reaching the (-38, 144) geohash on 2011-07-03 by swimming.
