Rules
- Asynchronous - Players can make as many turns as desired. They do not have to wait for other players to make a turn first.
- Tenths of longitude for a successful hash correspond as 0-9 to A-J
- Tenths of latitude for a successful hash correspond as 0-9 to 1-10
- Boards shall be drawn by the end of day 2010-04-21. First eligible points start at 2010-04-22.
