The Los Angeles, CA graticule is at latitude 34, longitude -118. It does not, of course, enclose the entire city of Los Angeles, much less the Los Angeles metropolitan area. It is debatably the most central graticule for Los Angeles, and includes downtown LA. Long Beach may make a good backup graticule, but it is primarily composed of ocean.
