The hash appears to be in a farm, right off of Highway 101. It may be private property.

Quertior plans to leave his hometown of Santa Cruz at around 12:45-1:00 PM. This means that he'll likely reach the hashpoint around 2 PM. At this point, he will exit Highway 101 onto Chualar River road, which appears to cross a farm road which will take him to the field holding the hashpoint.
Expedition
Quertior left Santa Cruz at 1:05 PM, dragging along his mother, and proceeded to take state Highway 1 south. Then he transferred to US-101 south, exiting at the Chualar exit and taking Chualar River road to an unnamed farm road, which we followed for about 3/4 mile before getting out of the car and walking across a clear row in the field to the hashpoint. Obligatory pictures were taken, and a small token of good will from the Internet was left.
Quertior then proceeded back home, deciding to place his state-of the art HD video camera phone on the dashboard to chronicle his return home in video format. He intends to speed this video up, set it to music, and upload it to YouTube (update: watch the video here).
