Heading the hell out of Auckland on another of our three day weekend missions down the line. This free day off celebrates the birthday of our beloved Queen Elizabeth! Low and behold, a hash actually lands on a road that we will be taking down the line. The ease of this hash partially makes up for months and months of hashes falling in the water around my home graticule of Auckland. Im thinking Speed Racer! Funny thing was, the NZ police in attempt to decrease the number of holiday weekend fatalities, reduced the 'allowable' speed limit(as in the tolerance before they will fine you or their cameras will snap you) from 10 km/h over the stated limit to just 4 km/h over. I guess it worked, there was only one death on the roads this weekend.

Expedition

Too easy, its on the way down to our pad in Taupo. Just a wee stop on the side of the road for a photo and we are done - and picking up the token piece of geotrash.
