Expedition

From Hannover, I took the train to Schieder. From there, I walked the rest. It rained.

A long part of the way was along Lake Schieder and the River Emmer. Afterwards, I went through a forest towards Harzberg. Harzberg seems to have belonged to Prussia for a while, there was a border stone indicating a former border. Now, it belongs to Lippe though. It stopped raining.

After going through Harzberg, I left the main street and went on a smaller path. Soon afterwards, I arrived at the site of the geohash. I located it on a path between two fields.

After recording proof, I walked to Lügde. They have an old church here, Charlesmagne celebrated Christmas there once. Eventually, I arrived at Lügde's train station and took a train home from there.
