Gabe noticed that the hash for the day was very near his alma mater. Even better than that, the hash was located just across the street from an iconic local dive bar which he and his friends frequented while at university. Unfortunately, he no longer lived in the area, and thus was forced to call for backup.
Convincing Faith to Help
Gabe turned to his sister for help. First, he attempted to briefly explain the concept of geohashing.
"The internet tells you where to go! It's called 'Geohashing'." -Gabe
"If you eat a hashbrown at the place, could you call it 'Geo-hashbrowning'?" -Faith
*facepalm* (although perhaps this should be considered as an achievement?)
After nearly convincing Faith to go, Gabe made a potentially-fatal error.
"If you go instead of me, then I can still log it and I get the 'Puppet-Master Achievement'!" -Gabe
"OH SO NOW I'M JUST YOUR PUPPET, HUH???? IS THAT WHAT I AM???"
*Gabe, to himself* "dangitdangitdangit"
After calming Faith down, she agreed to visit the hash location.
