Clever, and nice before/after shots. -Robyn

I soooo love this page. Nothing short of Awesome with an A. --Zb 20:16, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Take a photo like the previous one: I guess the trick is to have the frame of the first photo in mind; how the landmarks or other items like shadows looked and where you put them in your picture. You then just go and play with it. --Zb 06:28, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Or bring a print of the previous photo with you, if you planned that far ahead. -- Rhonda 06:30, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
@Robyn: I'd say your match is definitely a valid one since you can clearly match the things you see. --Zb 06:32, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
Place looked totally different in the snow, and I hadn't looked at the pics since the initial expedition report. Also there were semi naked people there (just out of the frame to the right). -Robyn 06:53, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
It also helps a lot not to have a zoom in your camera (or not to use the zoom), since the zoom is just one more issue that might vary. My digital camera's lens goes from 35...210mm (in equivalents of 'standard' 35mm film 'sizes') and the button I really miss is the one where I can tell it to "set the zoom like a 50mm lens". If it wasn't for weight and for the convenience of already having the picture in digital format, I would still drag along my old analog camera with a fixed 50 mm lens that is so good it's almost unmatched... --Zb 07:08, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

The swans idea was brilliant. Brought a tear to my eye. --macronencer 10:05, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
