Visiting relatives on the South Hill and not far from this geohash, I brought the kids along for an attempt.
The point was definitely on private property and, had I not been encumbered with rugrats, I would have tried for an ambassador. This would have also meant reaching the spot at 4pm for the official meetup, an infrequent thing in this largely inactive graticule. Instead, I snapped a photo of the outbuildings (compare with streetview - I haven't) and uploaded it with geohash droid. Plenty of more interesting points to reach in the next 24 hours :).
