On my way from Würzburg to Dresden, I left the Autobahn A9 and drove through Hof and via Jägersruh to Regnitzlosau. I had the directions written down and parked the car near the hashpoint, then I entered the hashpoint's coordinates into the GPS. I got out and walked to the supermarket, since I knew from Google Maps that the hashpoint would be behind it. But the GPS still showed 10 meters to go when I was standing in a corner of the small parking lot, indicating that the hashpoint was on the next property. From the side facing the street that property was not fenced, but it looked very much like private property. I guessed that the owners wouldn't like it to look out of their window and see me walking through their garden. So I walked around the block, took a picture from the other side, another one from the front and then went back to the car, a little sad.

Since I wanted to conserve fuel I didn't go back to the Autobahn A93 which passes Regnitzlosau, instead I continued towards the northeast. At Posseck the road was blocked and I had to take a detour that almost went up to the Czech border before I could take a turn towards Oelsnitz and the A72.

I didn't reach the hashpoint, so there is no Towel Day achievement for Scotty and me. Also there's only a small part of Bavaria in this graticule (7% of the graticule) and this would have been a nice progress for the regional achievement.
