Stevage alerted Dave to this geohash, near his new home in Ivanhoe. From what I (Felix Dance) gather, Dave ventured out hashwards for a sortie, with the hope of bagging his first geohash, but sadly was thwarted by the scourge of private property restricting his access beyond the boundaries of normal social interaction. He also informs me that he got to the fence-line after midnight, making any attempts to storm the hash futile.
Dave's first successful geohash still awaits him...
