I rode the bike to Ilten. I attempted the tron achievement, but that ship quickly sailed when I took a wrong turn. Shortly before Bilm, there is a large quarry. The spoil tip, the Kaliberg, is right behind Ilten and pretty close to the geohash. It can already be seen from far away, and both it and the quarry are visible on satellite pictures.

The geohash turned out to be on an outdoor shooting range, no trespassing allowed. I first thought the coordinates might be on the adjacent parking lot, but they were not. Instead, there was a friendly cat which claimed my attention for a while; it wanted to me to pet it and I did.

I looked around to see if I could do anything to get closer to the geohash. The fence around the shooting range borders the parking lot and the sidewalk. Both closest points were approximately the same distance from the geohash, and at the street I actually entered the circle of uncertainty. But I knew I was not there.

To gain access to the geohash, I decided to enter the marksmen's clubhouse, the shooting range belongs to the club. I approached a friendly club member who I found in the house. After explaining that I am playing a game that has the objective to visit random coordinates, she let me enter the shooting range. I was lucky that the club was open at all, the reason was that they were going to start a shooting session soon, but hadn't started yet. On this day, they were going to shoot on short-distance targets, meaning that the gates separating the indoor and the outdoor parts of the shooting range were closed and the targets were placed upon them. Unfortunately it would have been complicated to open the gates at this stage, so I was unable to reach the coordinates which were in the outdoor part of the shooting range.
