After visiting my parents, I took the train to Hiddenhausen-Schweicheln. From there, I walked to Falkendiek.
It turned out that the coordinates were on a meadow with a fence around it, I think it may be for horses, although I did not see any animals. The coordinates must have been on the border of this meadow to a sub-meadow, which itself was enclosed with a fence. The corner post of that sub-meadow is visible in the pictures, the coordinates must have been somewhere there. I did not reach the coordinates since I did not feel like asking for permission.
Afterwards, I walked to the train station in Löhne, while watching the sun set. I took a train back home from there.
