There was a Google street-view along the main road, but not on Ellis and since they were taken last year in September with no Posted signs, I thought I'd give it a shot. It was just off the road in the woods and I didn't think it would be too hard to get to. I also needed to fill the gas tank of the car so I could go just a little further down Route 20 to the Reservation and get some cheaper gas.
Pretty simple expedition after work today. Just drove down Rt 20 from Hamburg and made my way to the hash road following my Phone GPS. As I turned onto Ellis road, however, I saw on a tree near the corner a Posted Sign. So I drove a little past the closest spot on the road to the hash and turned around. Pulling over as close as I could to the hash, I grabbed a screenshot of the HashDroid app showing I could only get within 91 feet/28 meters of the hash. I then stopped by the corner and got a picture of the Posted Sign and I saw I wasn't much further away. I then made my way to the gas station and back home without incident.
