Took the U1 from Farmsen to Hauptbahnhof Süd, the 3 to Kraftwerk Tiefstack and walked the last ~1 km to the hash.
After the location came out, I discovered to my dismay that it lay a good 40m in the water, but google-maps showed a pier just ~15m from the hash, so I looked up when the lowest tide would be, which that day would be 09:43 and 22:31, both really bad times for me, but I looked around for some more footage and found that Apple Maps Look Around had captured the street just recently, where I found out that the pier was private, gated, and under surveillance.
This makes it very likely that the people living there also own the surrounding waters, so I'm classifying this as "No public access", rather than "Mother Nature".
I walked back to the bus and took almost the same way back home.
As the pier was not on OSM, I've added that.
