I was going into Hamburg anyway, so I figured I might as well take a 25 minute detour to this hash, even though it was definitely inaccessible. I got off the S-Bahn at Langenfelde and cycled 2.3 km to the hash, which lay 6 m inside the Lastropsweg 5 house in the district of Eimsbüttel. I located the coordinates and stood at the closest point on the wall next to some trash bags, decidedly not positioning myself in front of a lit window. The Droid told me I was as close as the GPS accuracy gets. I left it at that and rode 2.2 km along some of Hamburg's scary middle-of-the-road cycle paths to Holstenstraße station and from there went to the university physics department's board game night, which was surprisingly well-attended for it being the night before Christmas.
