Yup - no trespassing.
The place was gated even beyond the front yard. As I approached the fence, Geohash Droid actually briefly claimed that I was just barely within the margin of error - but then it recalculated and I was 7 meters away. I rang the doorbell on the gate and the guy (~65) came out his front door, but stayed at his door and didn't approach the fence to talk to me. So at that point I already knew it was hopeless. I gave him a brief thing about "I've got this app that sends me to a random place, but it's totally okay if you say no". He answered with incredulity, "You want to come in here?" and I said "The yard, yes." And of course he said no. Oh well.
