The Frankfort graticule is at latitude 38N, longitude 84W. It includes the sourthern part of "Northern Kentucky" as well as the cities of Cynthiana, Frankfort, and Georgetown, Kentucky, and the northern part of the Lexington, Kentucky metropolitan area.
