On my Android phone, holding down power-on and volume-down buttons simultaneously for maybe 1 second takes a screenshot.

I think I learned this from some other geohasher's post, so it may have relevance beyond my particular phone.

on my HTC, I hold down the power button and tap the home key. If you do a google search for your phone and 'screenshot' I'm sure you'll find out what you need to do. Pedalpusher (talk) 23:52, 22 December 2014 (EST)
