- Ah, for some reason I thought that was just the text (special:upload only has a 'none selected' option for licensing, but of course that's merely a technical detail). Of course as the copyright holder Nope can relicense/sublicense under multiple licenses (although some are irrevocable, most libre licenses for instance), but if one of them is already GFDL, I'll upload to Commons myself I suppose.
