Hello, fellow geohashers of the Frankfurt graticule. I'll be in your graticule on the mentioned weekend and would like to do at least one geohash if it's close to Frankfurt. Hey there and no, there's no traditional meetup. We've got several hashers around 50,8 which generally only go to a hash if it's close to their respective position. Myself, LadyBB and EmmJay will be attending a wedding on the weekend so we won't have much time. I'll alert QuarterCacher, M and Ricki as well. Hey,thanks for answering. I think the hashes for friday and saturday are too far away. Those are the ones I wanted to do anyway, because sunday I will leave. Hello fellow Geohashers! I am planning to visit your graticule and the Star Trek Convention at Messe Frankfurt on this weekend, and following that some sort of travel to Nuremberg for a trade show. That's cool, let's see how the coordinates fall. I can't recommend anything since I had just two nights in Frankfurt in fifteen years, but looking at hrs.com the "Europa Style" seems like a winner with decent ratings and 62€ a night with 4 HRS stars. On a first glance, that's the best price ratio located within the city center. Yet, I do NOT know the hotel. If you need any help concerning travelling to Frankfurt, you may send me a PM. Wow, that's a short window. Yes, I know it's already the day after tomorrow, but everything has gone between "will go", "might go" and "can't go" so often that I still refuse to call anything "definite". However, currently it looks like if I will be at Frankfurt on saturday and will have the afternoon free. I might even have a ticket for several people available. though actually, the point 1 graticule east (50 9) looks like it could be accessed from Frankfurt with a valiant effort involving a train to Glauburg-Stockheim and then a 4km walk each way. I could do it theoretically. -- OtherJack (talk) 17:00, 14 October 2014 (EDT)
