Talk:Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I wonder if it would be possible to create a "polygon" (for lack of a better term) that represented just the dry land portion of this region, and then construct some program or script to compare each day's coordinates to the polygon to test whether or not that day's location is on land. Perhaps an feed could be built with new entries whenever a dry-land location occurs.
I say this because with all that water its a good bet that you'd get an awful lot of watery locations before you got just one dry one. I can't say I'd have the tenacity to keep checking back daily.

- You may find Category:Alternate algorithm useful. You could also use a neighboring graticule if it suits you better. -- Moose Hole 17:02, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Hello Brew-city geohashers! Thomcat will be in your graticule in just a few short days. Hoping for a geohash within public transit, and always happy to meet more geohashers! --Thomcat (talk) 17:14, 16 November 2013 (EST)
