9/14/08 Hey I'm trying to get into the geohashing community in the sacramento area. Do you guys try for specific days of the week, or specific days of the month, or is it just completely random for the geohashers in this area?

10/22/08 We never check the talk page! We try to make Sunday hashes because Kelsa works Saturdays through the official meetup time. Also we do random ones after work on any day that looks interesting. Mostly sububan areas. We try to up date the main page as soon as we decide to try for one. Typically by noon (or 3:00pm) on a weekday for a meetup that night about 7:00pm. Or two days notice if we are shooting for Sunday.

Today's hashpoint appears to be in the #2 lane of I-5 NB between Seamas and Sutterville. Anyone going to be passing through? (If I was able, I'd give it a shot.) Anthony 15:42, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

2014 01 12

The location today is about 100 feet from UC Davis to the north. There is a parking lot it seems right about where it is in between Elm and Campus. Is anyone else available for a meetup?--Irino (talk) 16:25, 12 January 2014 (EST)
