Celestial Jester is a 29 year old bartender living in the middle of sunny Phoenix, Arizona, less than a mile from the East Valley/West Valley graticule border. He can often be seen carrying various circus skill implements, including contact juggling balls and poi.
He visited the 8/2/08 East Valley graticule point for the 4 PM meetup, only to find that someone was already there and conveniently marked the spot for him. Photographic proof coming soon.
