Translations

Hi LZ! I noticed that you wrote an introduction to Geohash in Chinese. Geohashing:Translation shows important pages that were translated into languages other than English, e.g. the Main Page. Currently we do not have any pages in Chinese, but if you would like to, you can change that. You may have noticed that the Main Page links to its translated versions directly, so far there are Catalan, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Swedish versions. Hi Fippe! I am definitely considering to do a translation for the main page. However, I am not really familiar with wiki editing (since the Chinese government blocks Wikipedia, you can't find many wiki editors in mainland China).

Also, I am trying to introduce Geohashing to a Chinese friend (over the internet. Most of my not-over-the-internet friends are in Australia), and he might know a lot more about wiki than I do. Cool! A strategy to do this is to copy the English content to a Chinese-titled page, and then translate the contents chunk by chunk by editing that page. I took the liberty to copy the contents of the English main page to 首页‎. That is the title of the Chinese Wikipedia's main page. (I don't speak Chinese, so) I don't know if that is a fitting title here. If it isn't, I can move it to a different title.
