: I found this other photo: [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Autof%C3%A4hre_%E2%80%9EFritz_Middelanis%E2%80%9C_Langel_-_Leverkusen-Hitdorf-2813.jpg] , there are the same flags shown and the letters mean „KSD/Köln“.
