Just thinking about this - wasn't there someone who ended up in a ditch while cycling to a geohash and had to be taken away by ambulance?  I think that would qualify, but unfortunately I can't remember much about the expedition.  --[[User:Macronencer|macronencer]] 22:28, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
