Joe Hardman is an avid XKCD fan from Fleckney, Leics, UK.

He ~~attends~~ recently graduated from Leicester University, and attempts local geohashes (in Northampton, United Kingdom and Birmingham East, United Kingdom graticules) on foot or by cycle (now by car too - yay!). He also crews for a hot air balloon in his spare time.

He experienced a very weird pre-emptive geohash (2008-09-20_52_-0) while out crewing for the balloon.
