The Washington DC West meetup only produced one person, Chuckrex. Maybe because it was held during a near-freezing rain? The front parking lot of the property containing the hashmark also contained formidable "no tresspasing" signs and various layers of security fencing. It was some sort of industrial yard, not government. Chuckrex took photos from the street, and retired to Dunkin Donuts to introduce himself to coffee.
