Description
The Bangor area is notable for, er, something or other. It used to be one of the largest cities in the United States back when logging was insanely important. There's a bunch of neat stuff left over from that era to be found, much of it with a cache, not surprisingly. Also home to the University of Maine, and Acadia National Park. There is a surprising amount of completely inaccessible area here, making geohashing challenging many days.
