Densely populated Italian region, spanning over three regions (Liguria, Piedmont, and a small part of Lombardia), and a chunk of sea. Mostly anything can be found here: city areas, lots of small towns, mountains, sea, as well as agricultural places.
This area spans over the provinces of Genova (GE) and Savona (SV) in Liguria; Alessandria (AL), Asti (AT) and Cuneo (CN) in Piedmont; and Pavia (PV) in Lombardia.
Cities and towns with at least 10,000 inhabitants (help me, did I miss any?):
- Genova (GE) (611K inhabitants)
- Alessandria (AL) (92K)
- Asti (AT) (74K)
- Savona (SV) (62K)
- Voghera (PV) (38K, only partly covered)
- Alba (CN) (30K)
- Novi Ligure (AL) (28K)
- Tortona (AL) (26K)
- Albenga (SV) (23K)
- Acqui Terme (AL) (20K)
- Varazze (SV) (13K)
- Cairo Montenotte (SV) (13K)
- Finale Ligure (SV) (11K)
- Loano (SV) (11K)
- Arenzano (GE) (11K)
- Alassio (SV) (11K)
- Ovada (AL) (11K)
- Albisola Superiore (SV) (10K)
- Nizza Monferrato (AT) (10K)
