Plans
Jim just got back from Boston, but checked the hashpoint in the evening. He found it was too close to his house to ignore. So, he programmed the GPS, and grabbed the camera and set off.
Expedition
The expedition started by going back into the house for new batteries for the GPS. And then swapping among the 4 batteries to find two that would power the GPS for a half hour or so.
I drove to the hashpoint, and followed the GPS down a road that looked like it might be a driveway, but it didn't have anything that looked right at the end. However, it dead ended at some hotwire. There were cattle on one side of the road, and the drive did lead to a barn, but that was clearly away from the hashpoint.
There weren't any buildings to seek permision, so I turned around and headed home, waving at the cattle as I headed past. They didn't respond, as far as I could tell.
Achievements
Jim earned the No trespassing consolation prize
