The graticule (32,34) is mostly water (~7/8 water) so most of the times it hits in the sea. The graticule contains all of Tel-Aviv, its satellite towns, more than half of Haifa and all of the sea shore in between.

An alternative algorithm for Israel exists for those days in which this graticule's point is unreachable. In addition, the Israel page contains a summary of all the reachable graticule points in Israel for each day.

Recent Non-water Hits

June 7: Just off of Route 65, north of Talmei Elazar.
June 8: Just off a road in Elyashiv.
June 10: Technically a water hit, but it's only 2km or so off the coast of Nahsholim, which may be doable if you own a boat.

Past Expeditions

2009-04-13 32 34: Yerushalmi and his wife didn't even try to reach the hashpoint, but somehow came close anyway.
