Location

Median Strip of I-70 Near Dover, North Carolina

Participants

  • Nobody, but Robyn was cursing about it

Plans

"Came here yesterday. Coming back tomorrow."

Maybe Retro? Déjà vu, if that still exists?

Expedition

Robyn drove right by this point on November 16th. Then on November 17th, just before 11 pm, realized that it was that day's geohash. She considered, including whining consultation on the geohash chat channel, driving there before midnight and claiming it, only to have to drive BACK through it again on the 18th.

On the 18th Robyn drove by it and saluted, but did not stop. It seemed to dangerous to park on the side of the interstate and run across to the median.

Robyn earned the Jam Tomorrow Consolation Prize
by visiting a hashpoint the day before and the day after, but not the day of. (35, -77) geohash on 2009-11-17.
