Just done my first hash, will keep an eye out for the local, easily accessible hashes, and maybe go further afield on the weekends. Ive noticed that due to Auckland's shape, a fair chunk end up in the surrounding ocean (no fair, and disappointing!). Just realised NZ's potential in claiming the most easterly hash, currently held by InvaluableKiwi 175.547533°E, will keep my eye on that! We are also pretty open for claiming the most southerly hash - ain't it good to be a kiwi!
