So I left my house at 8:00am from my grandmothers in New Rochelle. Before heading out, I went to try geocaching on a friends recommendation, and found two caches not far from where I left. I found [[GC1H8WA|http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=69759e31-af90-4663-881e-7b3c27503088]] but failed to locate [[GC24Y4F|http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=e5cb9a85-a344-4f8b-999a-139585c90afa]]. Around 9:10pm, I got back in my car, and drove up I-90 to Branchvile, through a couple of winding roads. I had trouble getting a accurate lock, but it appears that the hashpoint is on a speed bump. Took a picture as proof, then drove my car to the first intersection, and drove it at the safest but fastest speed possible (no speed limit posted), and used MyTracks to record going over it as I didn't have someone else to take a picture of me driving.

Happy Geohash Day! I saw the hash point on Google Maps, got in my car, and started driving.

Expedition

So I left my house at 8:00am from my grandmothers in New Rochelle. Before heading out, I went to try geocaching on a friends recommendation, and found two caches not far from where I left. I found http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=69759e31-af90-4663-881e-7b3c27503088 but failed to locate http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=e5cb9a85-a344-4f8b-999a-139585c90afa.

I'm currently waiting for midnight to roll around to get the midnight geohasher achievement.
