In the parking lot of the Midway Plaza Shopping Center on OH-73, also known as Central Ave, Franklin Rd and 2nd St, just East of I-75, exit 38
Foodwise there is an Arby's and an Applebee's, I don't know what else

Only my wife & I showed up (not really a surprise). At least we got to park in the spot that contained the exact geohash coordinates.
