+ | Apparently the highs and lows are a given, as they're never the same (I'm not too familiar with this). But the open should just be the same. What's the real DJIA open for this day?
Yahoo Finance used to say 11688.61. Google [1] and a slew of hash tools agree. But Yahoo changed to 11688.76 [2]. The highs and lows are also different. Where's the mistake? --62.140.137.117 14:43, 6 January 2011 (EST)
Apparently the highs and lows are a given, as they're never the same (I'm not too familiar with this). But the open should just be the same. I also notice now how Google missed 2010-12-23 entirely (same value all day). I'm lost now. --62.140.137.117 15:10, 6 January 2011 (EST)
- My "source" fetches the data independently from different websites, these should be the "real" values:

- Thanks, that was helpful. So 11688.61 it is. But it's confusing as heck and a bit of a bummer to find that things aren't that reliable. Oh well.
- Nice single-precision floats over at djindexes. --62.140.137.117 20:13, 6 January 2011 (EST)
