I picked my girlfriend up and we began our journey at the first picture, a park ~1km away from the destination. We gathered everything we needed and started our journey. We started down a sidewalk covered in various hazards, unfortunately for our hobbit feet. We got shortly into the forest before we were both attacked by bugs and I by a velociraptor (!!!). She suggested we call it quits, to which I obliged for her health. We went back to the park where my wounds were cleaned and my bites documented.

Location

The hash apparently was near some abandoned train tracks. After a few inquiries on the Geohashing IRC channel, I decided that it was a worthy risk to see whether the area was still private property. The area was 1.337km from my property of land, awesomely enough.

Participants

My girlfriend and I went on this hash.

Plans

This was a very spontaneous hash, but we planned on completing the Hobbit achievement (our meals being Apples and Senora Verde (sp?) chips) and walking the full way.

Expedition

I picked my girlfriend up and we began our journey at the first picture, a park ~1km away from the destination. We gathered everything we needed and started our journey. We started down a sidewalk covered in various hazards, unfortunately for our hobbit feet. We got shortly into the forest before we were both attacked by bugs and I by a velociraptor (!!!). She suggested we call it quits, to which I obliged for her health. We went back to the park where my wounds were cleaned and my bites documented.
