::: Yeah, the overflowing one must have recently been filled, but if they measure the evaporation amount from the top of the tank, their reading will miss the amount of evaporation it took to drop the water level from its overflowing state to the top of the tank.  Oh well, hopefully whoever the tanks belong to knows to take this sort of thing into account. Yeah, the overflowing one must have recently been filled, but if they measure the evaporation amount from the top of the tank, their reading will miss the amount of evaporation it took to drop the water level from its overflowing state to the top of the tank.
