A leading expert in the field of Seldonian psychohistory, Killamanjaro was born and raised in Iowan suburbs, where he developed his passions for hard rock and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. In 2005 he began attending Vanderbilt University, and while taking an introduction to programming course, he recognized his love of computers and switched his major to Computer Science. Vanderbilt also provided Killamanjaro with a strong affinity for sushi, particularly salmon nigiri, eel roll, and crunchy shrimp roll.
During the summer, he will be geohashing in the Des Moines graticule, while during the school year he will be located in Nashville.
